Shibaam Computer LLC provides IT consulting, supply, support, and maintenance services (“Services”). These include but are not limited to the supply of IT hardware, software solutions such as Microsoft 365, firewall protection, IT management, and annual maintenance contracts.

In no event shall Shibaam Computer LLC be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
